2. Service Terms

• Services are provided for travel planning and coordination purposes
• Users must be at least 18 years old
• Accurate information must be provided during booking
• Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of booking details

3. Booking and Payment

• Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of deposit payment
• Full payment is required as per agreed schedule
• Prices are in Singapore Dollars unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to adjust prices due to currency fluctuations or supplier changes

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made in writing
• Cancellation fees apply based on timing before departure
• Refunds are subject to supplier cancellation policies
• We recommend travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances

5. Travel Documents

• Users are responsible for valid passports and required visas
• Passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond return date
• We provide general guidance but cannot guarantee visa approval

6. Limitation of Liability

• Services are provided with reasonable care and skill
• We are not liable for delays or changes by third-party suppliers
• Our liability is limited to the service fees paid
• We are not responsible for personal injury or loss of belongings

7. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or pandemics.

8. Dispute Resolution

• Initial attempt at informal resolution within 30 days
• Mediation as second step if needed
• Jurisdiction: Singapore law
